Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.DHILIPAN PANDIAN R L, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.9436 of 2024 on 27.06.2024. 1/3

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.9436 of 2019 on 27.06.2024, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that insofar as the first petitioner (A1) is concerned 17 previous cases are pending against him and insofar as A2, there is one previous case against him. He further submitted the condition has been complied with for the last 104 days. 4.Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.9436 of 2019 on 27.06.2024 as against the first petitioner is concerned, is modified. He shall report before the respondent police every Friday at 05.30 p.m, until further orders.
