O R D E R

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed, challenging the order of attachment made in E.P.No.5 of 2018 in L.A.O.P.No.57 of 1999, on the file of the IV Additional District Court, Madurai, due to the default in depositing the compensation amount.

2. According to the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioner, they have deposited a sum of Rs.37,80,416/- (Rupees Thirty Seven Lakhs Eighty Thousand Four Hundred and Sixteen only) to the credit of E.P.No.5 of 2018 on 27.03.2025.

On instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents/ claimants submits that they are satisfied with the deposit of the said amount and based upon the said deposit, the execution proceedings may be terminated and further makes a request that the claimants may be permitted to withdraw the said amount.

4. Considering the above said facts, this Court is inclined to pass the following orders:

a) Full satisfaction is recorded in E.P.No.5 of 2018 and execution proceedings stand terminated; b) All the movable that are attached by the Court shall be released forthwith; and c) The claimants shall be permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.37,80,416/- (Rupees Thirty Seven Lakhs Eighty Thousand Four Hundred and Sixteen only) as per their shares.

5. With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
