This Court, by order dated 08.08.2019, directed the respondents 3 to 5 in the Writ Petition to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.06.2019 in the light of G.O.Ms.No.332, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Department, dated 17.11.1993. In compliance with the direction of this Court, the District Collector, Kanyakumari, by proceedings dated 16.12.2019, considered the representation and the request of the petitioner and rejected the same for reasons recorded in the order. Hence, recording compliance this Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the District Collector, by proceedings dated 16.12.2019.
