The petitioner with an allegation that the first and second respondents police are harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that the petitioner's wife lodged a complaint as against the petitioner, based on which an enquiry has been conducted and it is closed.
