ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 21.07.2022 and requisition letter submitted by the Judge, Family Court, Madurai, vide letter in D.No.1311, dated 13.09.2023, this Court made the following order:- 1/3

This matter is listed today under the caption for 'extension of time'.

2. It is seen from the records that this Court vide order dated 21.07.2022, directed the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai to dispose the case in H.M.O.P.No.147 of 2018, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of copy of that order. The learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, has submitted a requisition, dated 13.09.2023, stating that the case now posted for cross examination of R.W.1 and she could not complete the trial due to the proceedings delayed by the parties and their non-cooperation in examining the witnesses and seeks four months further time.

3. Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to grant four months time to dispose of the case.
