ORDER

When the matter came for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that totally there are 7 accused in this case. A4 and A5 died, and A2 is absconding.

2. In view of the same, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruchirappalli Taluk, Tiruchirappalli, is directed to split up the case 1/3

against the accused No.1, 3, 6 & 7 and commit the case to the learned Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli. The learned Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli, is directed to number the case and commit the case to the dedicative bench.

2. With the above directions, this Suo Motu Special Tr.(MD). case stands closed.

The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary.
