This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to transfer the case in M.C.No.2 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Kodaikanal, to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today (10.01.2022), the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner/husband and the first respondent/wife are living together and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3.Recording the submission made by both the counsel, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
