Since he has raised certain issues with the Superintendent/the 4th respondent, he has been placed under suspension, by order dated 07.10.2023. Thereafter, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 24.12.2023 to the respondents requesting to revoke the order of suspension. However, the petitioner's representation has not been considered. Challenging the order of suspension, the petitioner has filed W.P.(MD)No.25413 of 2023. Since his representation dated 24.12.2023 has not been considered by the respondents, he has filed another writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.2019 of 2024.

2. Now, it is reported that the Department has revoked the order of suspension issued as against the petitioner.
