ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to hear and dispose the pending proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 10468/2023/AA4, dated 17.05.2024, initiated pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 and 5 would submit that he has no objection for the writ petition being allowed and direction being issued to the third respondent for expeditious disposal of the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2023, pending before the third respondent. 4.In view of the limited prayer sought for by the writ petitioner and also no objection expressed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 and 5, this Writ Petition is allowed with a direction to the third respondent to consider 2/4

the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2023, on merits in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 and 5. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
