ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to issue a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Padmanabhapuram, Kanyakumari District, to dispose the suit in O.S.No. 329 of 2017, pending on its file within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The "B" diary extract filed by the petitioner clearly indicates that from 2017 onwards, the suit is pending for trial and evidence is not adduced.

3. Hence, this Court, in the interest of justice, directs the learned Subordinate Judge, Padmanabhapuram, Kanyakumari District to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 329 of 2017, pending on its file, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
