O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed by a dependent of an exservice man seeking a Mandamus as against the third respondent herein to give employment within a specific period based on the priority as a dependent of an ex-service man.

2.The third respondent herein has given written instructions to the learned Additional Government Pleader to the effect that the status of the priority of the petitioner Tmt.P.Pabitha Vedlet Paul with respect to dependent of ex-service man priority is 11. The said written instruction is recorded.

3.In view of the aforesaid facts, as and when the petitioner reaches her seniority based upon the priority, the third respondent is directed to sponsor the name of the Writ Petitioner in accordance with law. 2/4

4.With the aforesaid observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
