Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MAREESKUMAR E, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18277 of 2022 dated 14.10.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.
4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18277 of 2022 dated 14.10.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
CRL MP(MD) No.14996 of 2022 respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
