Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner challenges the impugned order dated 01.11.2021 passed by the second respondent. It is brought to my notice that the petitioner has already filed an appeal before the first respondent on 23.12.2021. The petitioner seeks disposal of the same.

3.I direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal filed against the petition mentioned proceedings on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. 2/4
