This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioners in the guise of the enquiry. 2.According to the petitioner, based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, the petitioners have been harassed by the respondents 1 and

2. The petitioners, who are arrayed as A2 and A3 have already got bail in Cr.No.25 of 2024. While so, the 1st petitioner lodged a complaint against the 1st accused/Senthur Maharajan and case in Cr.No.298 of 2021 on the file of Munneerpallam Police Station has been registered against him. While so, the 2nd respondent harassed the petitioners by enquiring about the 1st accused/Senthur Maharajan. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioners are accused in Cr.No.25 of 2024 and in that case, A1/Senthur Maharajan is absconding. Therefore, they have enquired the petitioners about the whereabouts of A1/Senthur Maharajan. Apart from that, they have not harassed the petitioners. 2/4

4.Since the prayer of the petitioners is not to harass them under the guise of enquiry and the respondent police also denied the allegations levelled against them, recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is closed. 24.03.2025 Internet :Yes NCC :Yes/No PNM To 1.The Commissioner of Police, Tiruneveli City, Tirunelveli.
