Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJA RAVI VARMA M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition had been filed seeking to modify the condition in Para 6 of the order of this Court, dated 09.11.2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.19804 of 2022.
