2. Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in these Criminal Original Petitions have become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in these petitions.

3. In view of the same, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
