Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.DHILIPAN PANDIAN R L, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.E.ANTONY SAHAYA PRABAHAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (Order of the court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan, J.) 2.The petitioner was granted suspension of sentence vide order dated 05.07.2024. He was directed to stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police, Othakadai Police Station, Madurai District daily at 10.30 am. The petitioner has been complying with the said condition since 15.07.2024. We are satisfied that a case of relaxation of condition has been made out. The condition is accordingly relaxed.
