ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give sufficient police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members to enjoy and possess the property situated at Sy.No.482/5 in Iravipudur Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District, based on the complaint dated 27.09.2022.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that after getting final decree in I.A.No.594 of 2007 in O.S.No.918 of 1999, dated 10.09.2012, the petitioner has laid an execution petition in E.P.No.10 of 2020 and he had taken possession of the property through Court. He would further submit that though he has submitted a representation seeking police protection on 27.09.2022, no action has been taken by the respondent police. He would further submit that though the petitioner has laid series of complaints, no action has been taken.

3. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2022 and pass necessary orders within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
