The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned petition dated 23.06.2023 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The interested parties including the private respondent herein will have to be necessarily heard before the final order is passed. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. 2/4
