PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to issue a direction directing the Respondent No.3 to withdraw complaint dated 28.06.2023 pending before the Respondent No.3 and entrust the same to any other officer not below the rank of Respondent No.2 for further enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2023. 1/4

Side) O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondent No.3 to withdraw complaint dated 28.06.2023 pending before the Respondent No.3 and entrust the same to any other officer not below the rank of Respondent No.2 for further enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that because of the issue between the own brothers, continuous complaints were made by this petitioner. On the previous occasion two FIRs have been registered in Crime Nos.160 of 2021 and 161 of 2021. In spite of the above said registration of the complaint against both the parties another fresh complaint was given by the petitioner on 28.06.2023, mentioning the very same subject of the occurrence. If it so, let the said complaint be closed by advising the parties to workout their remedy in pending FIRs itself. 2/4

3.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
