ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC in Crime 1/3

No.5 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.There is a matrimonial dispute between the parties and there are totally four accused persons in this case and the petitioner has been arrayed as A4 and she is the sister-in-law of the defacto complainant.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 4.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering that matrimonial dispute is involved in this case and custodial interrogation may not be required in this case, the respondent Police is directed to follow the procedure adumbrated under Section 35 of BNSS Act. 5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
