PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent for not to interfere into the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2023.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent for not to interfere into the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that one Sethuraman/3rd respondent had given a complaint against the petitioner stating that the petitioner occupied the property, which belongs to him, caused criminal intimidation and also abused him. On the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.841 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared and gave statement that they will workout their remedy through the civil process. On the basis of the above said undertaking, the above said enquiry was closed on 04.10.2023.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, this matter has become infructuous. 2/4

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
