ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents to disburse the terminal benefits of the writ petitioner.

2. According to the writ petitioner, he retired on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.12.2022 and he was relieved from duty. However, the terminal benefits have not yet been disbursed. The petitioner has sent a representation on 03.04.2023, which is yet to be responded.

3. In view of the above said facts, respondents 3 and 4 are directed to consider the said representation, dated 03.04.2023 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. The Writ Petition stands allowed to the extent as stated above. No costs.
