Na.Ka.No.1110/A1/2019 dated 25.11.2019 consequent to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in O.Mu.No.3604/Aa4/2019 dated 05.11.2019 and quash the same and directing the 2nd respondent to accord the prior permission to fill up the post of Secondary Grade Teacher vacant in the petitioner school namely R.V.K.Primary School, 1/96, Melapalayapuram Road, Kongankulam Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District in the light of the judgment reported in AIR 1998 SC 1761 by considering the vacant post is as a single cadre post.
