(Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.) This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking permission to issue notice to the first respondent through paper publication in any one of the Tamil News Daily, Madurai Edition. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it has been contended that the notice has been issued to the first respondent, but however, he had not responded to the notice. It had been further stated that the batta had been paid, but could not be served on the first respondent.

3.In these circumstances, permission is granted to make paper publication in one edition in "Malai Malar" Madurai Edition indicating the date of hearing as 03.12.2025.
