ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a direction to the third respondent to grant compensation for the denial of work for 68 days during the period 2018-2019.
2.After perusing the records and going through the files produced by the respondents, it is only 32 days, the petitioner had actually worked. However, as per the scheme, when the petitioner is willing to work and she was denied employment, she is entitled for compensation. Such compensation is now claimed by the petitioner from the third respondent for the denial of work for 68 days. 3.Considering the case of the petitioner sympathetically who appeared in person and after certain deliberations with the respondents 2 and 3 and Mr.K.Liakathali, Deputy BDO (Audit), https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.27034 of 2019 Vembakottai Block, Virduhunagar District, who was personally present, it is agreed to pay Rs.100/- per day for 68 days to the petitioner, which comes to Rs.6,800/-.
4.Today, when the matter was taken up, the respondents have produced the on-line transfer of the money to the account of the petitioner and also brought the print out of the statement of accounts taken from the State Bank of India, Elayirampannai, which shows that on 02.02.2020, a sum of Rs.6,800/- has been credited to the account of the petitioner S.Chandra.
