2.The petitioner alleges that there are encroachments in S.No.55 of Azhaghichipatti Village. Copy of the "A" register has been enclosed. S.No.55 has been classified as "Devankottai Kanmai". 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner draws our attention to Form I notice issued by the Tahsildar, Sivagangai for causing removal of encroachments. The grievance of the petitioner is that the exercise has not been taken to its logical conclusion.

4.Notice was ordered in October 2023. We fail to understand as to why the official respondents have not acted in the matter sofar. Pendency of the writ petition cannot be an excuse for not taking action. 5.We direct the second respondent to take the process to its logical conclusion. Notice will be issued to all the encroachers. S.No.55 (Devankottai Kamai) shall be restored to its original position. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
