The instant writ petition has been filed by a Junior Assistant working in an aided school, challenging her deployment order based upon the staff fixation order for the academic year 2022-2023.
2.On instructions, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the staff fixation order for the next academic year namely, 2023-2024, the post of Junior Assistant has been sanctioned for the school and therefore, the petitioner has been retained in the parents school itself. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed.
