PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS to direct the 1st respondent to direct to the 2nd respondents to conduct the investigation and to file the final report in Cr.No.16 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police before the concerned court within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to direct to second respondents to conduct the investigation and to

file the final report in Crime No.16 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police before the concerned court within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that it is a case is online cheating from 17 persons and several details have to be collected from various parts of the Country and abroad and it will take some time since co-operation is required from other side also.

3. In view of the same, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned court preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
