ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 09.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17253 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17253 of 2024 on 09.10.2024, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions for twenty five days.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17253 of 2024 on 09.10.2024 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
