ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 120(b), 109 and 302 of I.P.C., in Crime No.135 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
3.He had earlier moved this Court for the very same relief. Vide order dated 04.10.2019, I dismissed the same. CRL OP(MD). No.19041 of 2019 observed that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is necessary. I had further observed that the only course open to him was to surrender and take regular bail. Hence, the question of filing one more petition for anticipatory bail in the absence of any change in circumstance does not arise. This criminal original petition stands dismissed.
