2. The respondents are directed to produce the petition mentioned vehicle before the jurisdictional Court. The petitioner is at liberty to move the learned trial Judge for obtaining return of the vehicle. If any such petition is filed by the petitioner, it shall be numbered and disposed of within 7 days thereafter.
