ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a B.T Assistant (Tamil) Teacher employed in the third respondent School seeking a Mandamus to the official respondents to approve her appointment with effect from 22.06.2016.

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the petitioner was appointed as a B.T Assistant (Tamil) in the third respondent School on 21.06.2016 and the School had forwarded the papers to the third respondent on 24.12.2019 for approval. However, due to some dispute, her appointment is yet to be approved. The School has re-submitted the proposal to the first respondent herein on 11.08.2023 after complying with the defects pointed out by the Department.

3. In view of the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to consider the said proposal of the third respondent School on merits and in 2/4

accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
