ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the III Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR),Madurai to consider the Bail application of the petitioners concerned in Crime No.281/2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Usilampatty Taluk Police Station, Madurai District.
2. Earlier these petitioners filed a petition in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 17523/2023 and the same was dismissed by this Court, by an order dated 03.10.2023. In view of the same, the subsequent petition with the very same prayer cannot be maintained. Even otherwise, A6 and A7 have already been arrested by the respondent police and this petition becomes 2/5
infructuous insofar as A6 and A7 are concerned. Insofar as A8, the earlier order dated 03.10.2023 cannot be reviewed.
3. In view of the above, the criminal original petition is dismissed. 03.01.2025 RR TO
