ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a private compliant and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a private complaint for other recourses in the manner known to law. No costs.
