ORDER
The petitioner has prayed for issuance of a Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of her representations, dated 08.02.2021 and 31.03.2022, within a time frame. 1/4
2. Heard Mr.P.Arumugam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the land in question was allotted in favour of the petitioner under the Special Scheme for Landless Poor Agriculturists and Patta in respect of the said land also stands in her name. In order to survey the said land and demarcate the boundaries, the petitioner made an application along with requisite fees before the second respondent herein on 31.03.2022. However, no steps were taken by the second respondent to survey the said land. Hence, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 24.11.2022, to the respondents, to survey and demarcate the land in question. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's land would be measured and demarcated, based on her applications, dated 08.02.2021 and 31.03.2022, within a period of 16 weeks.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to survey the land in question and demarcate the boundaries, based on the applications of the petitioner, dated 08.02.2021 and 31.03.2022, after affording an opportunity to all the necessary parties concerned, within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
