ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner served the respondent Corporation for over 36 years. He retired as Superintendent. His grievance is that even though five months have expired since he retired, he has not been paid the terminal benefits. He seeks disbursement of the petition mentioned benefits.

3. The respondent Management is directed to quantified the benefits payable to the petitioner and pay the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is allowed on these terms. No costs.
