ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police

for the alleged offence under Sections 498(A), 323, 294(b), 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, in Crime No.12/2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case in hand involves a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant.

3. In view of the same, the respondent police shall proceed further with the investigation by adopting the procedure under Sections 35(3) to 35(6) of BNSS, 2023. In which event, no arrest will be required and the petitioner can be called for enquiry by issuing notice.
