ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 316(2), 296(b), 115(2), 140(3), 140(2), 308(2) and 351(3) of the BNS, 2023, in Crime No.297/2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3

2. On perusal of records, it can be seen that the earlier anticipatory bail petition was filed by the petitioner and 2 others, which was dismissed by this Court on merits by an order dated 16.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 17384 of 2024.

3. Hence, this Court does not find any change in circumstances and it is brought to the notice of this Court that none of the accused persons have been arrested in this case.
