With reference to the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition to complete the enquiry proceedings, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 has made a submission that enquiry report has been furnished by the Revenue Tahsildar to the authorities competent. Thus, the official respondents are directed to proceed with the enquiry by following the procedures as contemplated under the Act and by affording opportunity to the parties concerned and pass final orders within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
