O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed by the Deputy Manager (Farm) at Tiruchirappalli District Co-operative Milk Producers Union Limited, Kottappattu, Pudukkottai Road, Tiruchirappalli, seeking a mandamus to direct the respondent herein to pass final orders in the disciplinary proceedings pending against the writ petitioner.

2. The petitioner was issued a Charge Memo on 21.09.2020 and the enquiry was completed on 30.03.2021 in which the petitioner was exonerated. The Enquiry report has been submitted to the respondent herein in the year 2021 itself and still it is kept pending. The petitioner has sent a representation on 16.06.2023 to the first respondent to pass final orders on the disciplinary proceedings. Since there is no response, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the above said facts, the respondent herein is directed to pass final orders on the enquiry report dated 30.03.2021 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above said terms.
