RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to totally relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court on the Petitioners in Crl.OP.(MD).No.11916 of 2022 dated 04.07.2022. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUNDAR R, Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11916 of 2022, dated 04.07.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11916 of 2022, dated 04.07.2022 is

modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
