ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused No.6, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.09.2024 for the offence under Sections 9(1) and 9(m) read with Section 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in Crime No.47 of 2024, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was working as a Watchman in a School. The allegation against the petitioner is that he committed sexual assault on the girl students.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police.
4. This Court had carefully went through the statements recorded from the victim girls under Section 164(5) of Cr.P.C. and each of them have narrated the manner in which the petitioner had behaved with them.
5. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the investigated is almost complete and within 2/3
a period of two weeks, the police report will be filed.
6. This Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage. After filing fo the police report, the request made by the petitioner can be considered.
