ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to modify the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.21282 of 2024 dated 18.09.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. It is evident from the records that this Court allowed the writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.21282 of 2024 directing the second respondent herein to issue necessary notice to the petitioner and hear them and then to pass orders in accordance with law.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since no time limit was stipulated, the second respondent has not complied with the order so far.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 2, 4 and 5 would submit that necessary time limit may be stipulated and the second respondent undertakes to comply with that order.

6. Considering the submissions made on either side, the second respondent is directed to comply with the direction of this Court dated 18.09.2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
