O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4.

2. The writ petitioner was appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher in the fifth respondent school. It is a minority institution and it is receiving aid from the Government. The petitioner was appointed in the vacancy that arose following the death of an incumbent on 11.10.2011. The petitioner was appointed on 12.04.2012. It is stated that it is a sanctioned post. In fact the petitioner's appointment was approved with effect from 27.07.2014. The stand of the department is that the petitioner cleared the TET qualification by then. The petitioner seeks payment of salary arrears for the period from 2/4

3. The third respondent is directed to pass order on the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2022 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
