ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. C.M. Arumugam, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. M. Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate for the 1st and 2nd respondents, this Court made the following order:
This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16636 of 2023 dated 19.09.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties, since the petitioner is unable to execute sureties within the 2/4
stipulated time prescribed by this Court.
