ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R. BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.C.SANKAR PRAKASH, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents 1 and 2, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to return the original documents marked as Exhibit B.12 and Exhibit B.13 in O.S.NO.6 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no objection to retrun of the original documents.

CMP(MD) No.11846 of 2022 and when called for by this Court. The Petitioner also produced the certified copy of the documents.
