Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.121 of 2019 on the file of the 4th respondent police ot the 3rd respondent or to some other independent investigation agency under the 1st respondent and filed final report within time framed as fixed by this Honourable Court. O R D E R
This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.121 of 2019 on the file of the 4th respondent police ot the 3rd respondent or to some other independent investigation agency under the 1st respondent and filed final report within time framed as fixed by this Honourable Court
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given complaint against his brother and sisterin-law for having trespassed into house and committed theft. He would also submit that since one of the proposed accused belongs to police department the respondents are not conducting proper enquiry.
3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner a case in Crime No.121of 2019 was registered and stated that the occurrence was stated to have happened at Srivilliputhur and the proposed accused https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
were enquired. She would also submit that investigation is going in a proper manner.
4. In order to circumvent the grievance of the petitioner, the investigation done by the fourth respondent shall be monitored by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Virudhunar.
5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
