This petition is filed to condone the delay of 216 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners. Though notice has been sent on the respondent, none appeared on her behalf. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 216 days, however, on payment of costs.

4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench 2/3
