ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is a retired employee. He filed W.P.(MD)No.2596 of 2015 and it was disposed of on 26.02.2015. The case of the petitioner is that while other benefits have been given to him, his pension alone has not been revised. According to him, it is only a matter of consequence. Be that as it may, the second respondent has already forwarded the proposal to the first respondent as early as on 02.05.2016. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the same and pass final order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
